Meeting of the Medicines Immersion

During the Meeting of the Medicines Immersion, Taita Juan Agreda Chindoy will lead participants through three Traditional Amazonian Medicine ceremonies. This healing work will be supported by his student, Celina de Leon, who will be providing ayurveda panchakarma treatments, yoga, and vital food, and Dr. Joseph Tafur MD, who will be providing support from his perspective as a family physician experienced in Traditional Amazonian Medicine. Retreat Format
Summary: This retreat will be hosted at Posada Natura retreat center (www.posadanatura.com) in Costa Rica. In addition to three amazonian medicine ceremonies, other activities will include hikes through the private Eco Era reserve, trips to Manuel Antonio beach, and daily optional yoga classes. The Posada Natura grounds offers an ideal setting alongside the Naranjo river and fully equipped with a saltwater pool, edible gardens, and modern amenities such as internet and laundry services.
