We are pleased to formally inititate Sankalpa programs this year. Our predominant focus right now is on the application and research of traditional ayurveda and traditional amazonian medicine. Why these two systems? The sub-tropical climate of Posada Natura is a natural home for the medicinal plants of these two distinct systems of medicine.
Aside from aiming to share these medical systems in an authentic way to the general public, Sankalpa Institute strives to also demonstrate how these systems may positively benefit public health in the Londres community. Aside from the numerous benefits offered by the various treatment modalities, perhaps the greatest benefit to the community will be found in the wealth of knowledge that lies in learning how to utilize the local plants for community health purposes. » read more...
